TAX LITIGATION

The Firm pro­vides assis­tance dur­ing all stages of tax lit­i­ga­tion, rep­re­sent­ing com­pa­nies and indi­vid­u­als before low­er tier Tax Courts, as well as the Ital­ian Supreme Court of Cas­sa­tion and the Court of Jus­tice of the EU.

The firm gained par­tic­u­lar rep­u­ta­tion in the man­age­ment of the pre-lit­i­ga­tion phase with the Ital­ian tax author­i­ties regard­ing com­plex tax mat­ters, in order to reach a non-judi­cial set­tle­ment. The expe­ri­ence of the firm also cov­ers deal­ing with crim­i­nal tax mat­ters, aris­ing in the con­text of tax audits and tax assess­ments, in col­lab­o­ra­tion with promi­nent crim­i­nal lawyers.
