Alessia Vignudel­li grad­u­at­ed in Eco­nom­ics at the Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan.

She was admit­ted to the Asso­ci­a­tion of Char­tered Accoun­tants in 2014.

She is a lec­tur­er at the Mas­ter of Cor­po­rate Tax Law of the Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty.

She joined the firm in 2012. Pre­vi­ous­ly, she worked at an Ital­ian lead­ing tax law firm.

She pro­vides tax assis­tance to cor­po­rate groups and finan­cial insti­tu­tions.  Her areas of exper­tise include inter­na­tion­al tax­a­tion, M&A and reor­gan­i­sa­tion trans­ac­tions, pri­vate equi­ty funds, assis­tance in pre-lit­i­ga­tion pro­ce­dures and tax lit­i­ga­tion.

She is the author of var­i­ous pub­li­ca­tions on tax law mat­ters.
