ANDREA CONTE

Andrea Con­te grad­u­at­ed in Law at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan. He obtained a Mas­ter in Busi­ness Tax Law organ­ised by Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan.

He was admit­ted to the Ital­ian Bar in 2014.

He joined Fac­chi­ni Rossi Michelut­ti in 2014. Pre­vi­ous­ly, he worked at a lead­ing Ital­ian tax law firm.

He pro­vides tax assis­tance to domes­tic and for­eign cor­po­rate groups and banks. His areas of exper­tise include cor­po­rate tax­a­tion, assis­tance in pre-lit­i­ga­tion pro­ce­dures and tax lit­i­ga­tion.

He is the author of var­i­ous pub­li­ca­tions on tax law mat­ters.
